Lu joined The Lynd Company in 2005 and has over 25 years of multi-family housing management experience. Lu is responsible for a portfolio of over 9,000 residential units within a six state area. She successfully managed the reconstruction of ten hurricane effected communities from re-build to complete lease up.

Prior to joining The Lynd Company, Lu started out in real estate and new construction, moving into the multi-family housing end in 1984. She has had the opportunity to work for various national property management firms enabling her to gain experience and knowledge in her industry.
