Jeff joined TLC in 2004 as Vice President responsible for business
development. In January 2005 he was asked to be one of the
company’s first Regional Vice Presidents within multifamily
operations. Jeff has successfully overseen portfolios in every
market TLC has operated and generated above average returns for our
clients.
In September 2010 he accepted the position of Senior Vice President
of multifamily operations and is responsible for the results of all
our apartment assets throughout the United State. Prior to joining
TLC, Jeff spent 15 years on Wall Street with both Merrill Lynch and
UBS. He left UBS in 2002 as Vice President responsible for the San
Antonio and west Texas Private Client Group offices.
